I have made the Corn Gazpacho several times and it's a BIG hit with my co-workers. Super easy and super yummy!!! The Jersey Corn Salad is another favorite with us. It even tastes better the 2nd day. Again, super easy and super yummy!!! You will love reading through the book and making the recipes.

The bright and colorful photos tempt you to make each and every recipe, and there are so many creative and interesting recipes from so many talented (famous, and less famous) chefs in this book. The proceeds benefit the Dougy Center, and the food feels so fresh and healthy! Why wouldn't you try to make them all? I'm slowly working my way through the book. The Chiang Mai fritters are outstanding! Corn season is too brief; I'll be trying these recipes for the next two summers! Thanks, Lisa Skye, for assembling such a surprising and creative cookbook.

Lovely gem of a collection of recipes that celebrates and utilizes one key golden ingredient in every recipe. What a great idea. Easy to navigate, with recipes that are interesting and easy to make.

You'd think I'd get tired of trying so many new recipes with corn, but I haven't. That's partially because the recipes focus on using wholesome, fresh ingredients and a savvy way of combining flavors. Really enjoyed the simple and easy fresh corn and black bean salad; similarly, James Laird's recipe for vegetable tacos has a fresh, bright taste. Can't wait to try the Warm Polenta Stew.

I highly recommend this. It makes a great gift, too.

I bought this on a whim, the title intrigued me. But actually we have made several recipes and they were great, and easy to adapt to a very low sodium diet. Glad to have this addition to my kitchen.

I was skeptical after hearing so many great things about this book. I was expecting just another collection of recipes from celebrity chefs. But, wow, this book is the real deal. A lot of cookbooks suffer from not being well edited - out of 50 recipes, you usually only get five or six really good ones. But in I love Corn, every recipe is a home run. Lisa Skye, I am so impressed with you!! I hope this is just the first of many cookbooks from Ms. Skye. And the fact that the proceeds go to a charity that benefits orphaned kids is just the frosting on the (corn) cake. Phenomenal job!!

I love corn is such a great cookbook. The caramelized corn with shallots has become a regular dish at my house and the grilled corn, Mexican style is to die for. You won't believe how many ways you can use corn! In addition a large portion of the proceeds goes to the Dougy Center for grieving children and families, how amazing is that! No cookbook collection is complete without I Love Corn.
