Words cannot say how amazing & delicious these recipes are... They are like something out of a gourmet restaurant, which is not far off considering most of the recipes are donated to author Lisa Skye from fabulous and world famous chefs from all over the world. They include Martha Stewart, Daniel Boulud, restaurateur Danny Meyer (of NYC's Eleven Madison Park and Union Square Cafe fame), plus many many more...

Try the Corn Ice Cream or the Corn Flapjacks! Relish in the enjoyment of dining to the fresh and spectacular Warm Jersey Corn Salad! Wake up to the aroma of fresh Jalapeño Corn Muffins! Take a relaxing break, have a snack with some Fresh Corn Gazpacho or Chiang Mai Sweet Corn Fritters! There are over 50 recipes to choose from...

This book is perfect for the summer and also raises money for a good cause with a large portion of the profits going towards kids who have lost a parent! I declare the summer of 2012 officially the "Summer Of Corn"!!! Get this book, invite some friends, help a cause and satiate your pallet! I Love Corn is a winner...

I had the pleasure of sampling the Corn Ice Cream perfectly prepared by Lisa Skye herself. Initially, I had raised eyebrows because I had never heard of corn ice cream let alone tasted it. After tasting a spoonful, I couldn't stop eating it. Be sure to get a copy of this book if just for that recipe alone. I give this cook book two thumbs up!

Not only is the author of this book an amazing woman full of passion and love. The book's contents is very impressive from the receipes, content, and pictures. I was thoroughly impressed with the final product and can't wait to start making the items. This book makes a great gift for anyone you love, who loves being in the kitchen and trying new and exciting receipes. It also doesn't hurt if they too love corn :)

Lovely gem of a collection of recipes that celebrates and utilizes one key golden ingredient in every recipe. What a great idea. Easy to navigate, with recipes that are interesting and easy to make.

You'd think I'd get tired of trying so many new recipes with corn, but I haven't. That's partially because the recipes focus on using wholesome, fresh ingredients and a savvy way of combining flavors. Really enjoyed the simple and easy fresh corn and black bean salad; similarly, James Laird's recipe for vegetable tacos has a fresh, bright taste. Can't wait to try the Warm Polenta Stew.

I highly recommend this. It makes a great gift, too.

The bright and colorful photos tempt you to make each and every recipe, and there are so many creative and interesting recipes from so many talented (famous, and less famous) chefs in this book. The proceeds benefit the Dougy Center, and the food feels so fresh and healthy! Why wouldn't you try to make them all? I'm slowly working my way through the book. The Chiang Mai fritters are outstanding! Corn season is too brief; I'll be trying these recipes for the next two summers! Thanks, Lisa Skye, for assembling such a surprising and creative cookbook.
