About the Author
After years of rebelling against anything "country," Christine Wiesedeppe-Regan decided it might be fun to have a boyfriend with a theme, a.k.a. a cowboy. With a nod to the Village People, Christine set her sights on Danny, a construction worker by day and a cowboy by night. The Regans reside in Texas.

The authors are so clever and use their wit to showcase classic male vs. female juxtapositions. A few of my favorites:
-You don't understand the financial and emotional disparity between "Coach" being printed on a handbag and "Coach" being printed on an airline ticket.
-You can recite entire scenes from The Godfather, but always forget at least three items on the grocery list.
-You believe a whistle, groan, or grunt qualify as acceptable forms of communication.
While most of the entries are humorous and a bit sarcastic, there is a sweet endnote to the book, which basically finishes by stating, "...even though you sometimes don't get me and I sometimes don't get you...I love you.
The perfect sentiment--and he just might learn to purchase flowers for you at the florist versus the gas station. (I'll leave this as an inside joke to others who have the inkling to order this great little gift book.)

This book is hilarious. The authors did a good job of coming up with clever one-liners that would give any girl or guy a chuckle.Published on January 30, 2011 by Cat Cat
