Ordered this for our son's birthday party and it was a hit! Kids loved the game, reminded us of the time when we were that age and played this game. It requires a delicate balance, perhaps a tad too much, but that's because of the plastic spoons. Slightest shake causes the eggs to drop, but then that's the challenge. Kids had more fun dropping the eggs than trying to complete the race! Good fun and it was an inexpensive way to entertain kids at the party.

I purchased this for my annual Fall Festival and the kids LOVED it. Even the older (12-15 yrs) ones had a blast with them! I actually had a hard time getting them to move on to the next game! Am thinking of buying another set so I can have more than 4 compete at a time! Wonderful product, well made, and well worth the money!

This is a fun game, but two of my eggs don't stay together well at all. The slightest shake of the spoon and they pop open, causing them to fall.

This is a sturdy toy with strong components.

My toddler loves just flinging the eggs to watch them break - I can't put them together fast enough. At 2.5 she's too young for it, unless you like picking up toy parts from all over the room. However what I like about it is when her older cousins are around, it is easy to engage her and them in the race and still make it competitive and fun by handicapping the older players (for example toddler walks with it, 5 year old hops, 10 yr old hops backwards on one foot etc). It's a good way to incorporate some controlled physical activity.

Got this to play with my 3 year old daughter who LOVES games... didn't keep her attention for long and she basically just wanted to play with it and not do the game. Maybe she was a little too young.

I got this game for my 3 year old son's Easter basket....and he loved it. As a matter of fact even the adults enjoyed playing the game. We enjoyed making up new rules on how to move (skip,jump, walk with the spoon between your knees ect.). Lots of fun!

We borrowed this toy from our local state run lending library months ago. I thought it could only be purchased through an educational toys company which had a higher price plus shipping. I was so excited to find it here on Amazon at a good price & eligible for the free super saver shipping! The coolest thing about the toy is that when you do drop your egg, it actually cracks open & spills out the white & the yolk of the egg! I have seen kids from 2-6 love this toy & of course I had to give it a try too. :) Plan on lots of laughter!

This is a fun game for toddlers and little kids up to about 5 or 6. There are four brightly colored spoons (very lightweight) with four matching eggs. Inside each egg is a bean bag egg. The object is to carry the eggs on the spoon for a set distance (and running against the others playing) without dropping it. If you drop the egg, it 'breaks' open and the egg comes out.

The game was never one that my kids played just for fun but we did use them for parties and other get-togethers when there were more kids around.

Other times we used the eggs in the mini kitchen that my daughter played in. They make a great sound when the bean bag drops in a 'fry pan' and they are fun to toss around on their own.

This is not the kind of game that will keep kids entertained for a long time but it is fun for short lived sets.

The concept is awesome but the eggs do not break open unless on a hard surface. We played the games on the grass and they did not crack open when dropped. My children like this and think it is fun.

We have a special needs 3.5 year old and this toy is awesome not only for her but also for her typical friends and 6.5 year old brother. I love the size, great for little ones or special needs kids. I am buying another set to give to my daughter's special needs preschool classroom.
