Lousy Customer and Technical Support

I purchased the IrisScan Express 3 because the 2 didn't work on Windows 8.
I was assured the Express 3 would work on Windows 8. After spending at least 10 hours
the stupid thing couldn't load up properly. I got messages saying the software
did not install properly, that some files were missing.
I e-mailed Tech support and their response took 3 days. Finally, I was sent
an url with the "correct" files to be downloaded. This did not work either.
Frustrated, I asked for a refund. Now I have to go through all their red-tape
to get my refund. I have to spend shipping money to send the scanner back.
IRIS--not a good way to build a reputation. If you wish to go through the
agonies of dealing with inept and uncaring customer and tech support dummies--buy from them.
I am done with them. Let's see how long it will take for me to get my money back.
