Join a little boy and his Mom on a fun and colorful journey where they discover the beauty of the Dragonfly. This book also has some fun activity pages in the back for your enjoyment.
Carla Burke is a writer who lives in San Antonio, Texas. Her love of nature with a particular fondness for dragonflies inspired her first children's book, "I Spy a Dragonfly".
Her second book combines her love of horses and children and tells a very important story of how children are affected by life-threatening food allergies - mainly peanuts and tree nuts. The story is told through the eyes of a pony named Peanuts and his owner named Penny who has to be careful with everything she eats because she is anaphylactic to peanuts.
Carla loves all animals and everything about nature. She loves children and horses and volunteers at The Saddle Light Center For Therapeutic Horsemanship where she helps take care of 12 beautiful horses and helps children with disabilities ride them.
