This new Capleton release was a bit of a disappointment. True Capleton fans love the red-hot fire of his personality burning all over the majority of his tracks. Capleton appears to slow it down a bit on this cd and is much more Bob Marley-like in his musical tempo. On previous cd's, Capleton's clear disdain for western atrocities was obvious in the hard tracks and ferocious lyrics. On this cd, Capleton is more sing-songy and the cd has a few too many tracks about love and women (for my taste anyway). The cd is well produced but the lyrical content is disappointing considering his previous string of firey albums that satisfied the most vicious dancehall reggae jones. Add it to your collection if you are a true Capleton fan, but don't expect the same force and energy you got from previous cd's like More Fire, Still Blazin, and/or Reign of Fire.

Very good CD. My favourites are: "When I Come To Town", excellent riddim and production; "Acres", a hit on the can't-miss "Indiscretions" riddim; "All Is Well", another excellent production. "Them Get Corel" is on the nearly-same riddim as Lutan Fyah's tune "Dela Vega" (on the "Africa" album), but would've been better -- more energy -- with the beat pattern they used on Lutan's tune. "Long Way", "It's On", "Global War" are other tunes that stand out in my mind. But all in all, a quality CD from top to bottom.

Capleton did a great job with his I-ternal Fire, its really soulful and pretty! Its different than the older albuns because is more mellow and dont have Screams but i think he sings much better in this album!! My favourite Capleton album!!
