Silver finish with 4-step dimmer. This LED floor lamp is incredibly efficient, consuming just 9 watts of power with its 6 individual LED lights. Each light burns at 4500 degrees Kelvin, creating the look of natural daylight white. Three pivot joints allow the head to be positioned at various heights and lengths. A flat base avoids accidental tripping. The 4-step dimmer provides the right amount of light for reading, craft making, sewing or working on a computer. A 6-foot plug-in cord is included. This lamp is fantastic! I LOVE it! It has several gradients of light options and is plenty bright for any task in the dark. It's well made and very adjustable. I'm currently using it next to my grand piano, to read music. I can't say enough good things about it. It's easy to assemble. It doesn't get warm, of course. Buy it!

i like this lamp. it won't light up a room, but it'll for sure give you focused light, that's easy on the eyes. and the light is concentrated enough to allow a tired spouse a chance to get to sleep.

i'm very careful about what i spend my money on, and after seeing it in action, i have no problem with paying the $200+ for this. it's a quality item.

3/13/11 - just got another one for other side of bed. the amount of use totally justifies the cost.

I'm very pleased we bought this lamp, even though it was pretty expensive.

The four small lights put out a great deal of light for their size, and I find the "color" of the light very restful: it's not harsh or glaring. A toggle on the stem of the lamp lets you adjust the light level, but we usually have it on the highest level because we have it in a large room. One of the best things about it is that it uses a fraction of the electricity of a more typical lamp while putting out a substantial fraction of the light.

I find the swiveling arms very useful. When reading, we swivel the "wand" containing the LED bulbs over the chair or sofa so that the light projects onto the pages of the book. When entertaining, we set the lamp up so the light projects onto a nearby wall: because there are four bulbs, it creates some very cool shadows.

The lamp seems very stable: my two dogs have knocked into it while playing, and it has not toppled over.

I am considering buying another.
