Yes! Early REM, hints of Translator, if anyone remembers them... I heard the song Shaker on XM radio's XMU station and was so intrigued I ran home to purchase the EP. I'm not adept at describing what I hear but I found the songs haunting and addicting, instantly intriguing. Highly recommend.

I thought it was early REM song that had slipped by me.
No, were not. If you mixed REM and The Byrds jangly guitars-and some haunting harmonies/vocals with good bass, drum and guitar work you have TULSA which is every bit as good as the forementioned So Park The Van, and go in and get a copy of TULSA

this bands decided use of chorus and delay and envolope filtering on the vocals gives this music a haunting vocals that not to many bands would try to pull off, but these folks connect by doing it.It makes you really concentrate on the music when youre listening to it!Very peaceful album and mass is a great song.
