5.0 out of 5 stars Inspirational, February 5, 2008
By
Karen (Los Angeles, CA. USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: I Will Fly Again: The Restavek (Paperback)
Lili Dauphin's "I Will Fly Again: The Restavek" is a must read. This amazing story of her life in Haiti as a 6 year old is such an inspiration. Even though she was forced into child slavery, severely beaten, made to sleep on the floor with little to eat, she never lost her spirit. For a young child she had a wisdom of an old soul. At age 6 she was using techniques known as "the secret" in order to survive. Now her book has finally been published for all to read and be inspired. Her story will make you cry, make you laugh, make you happy, make you sad. Order her book now, you will be glad you did.

5.0 out of 5 stars A book for every age !!, July 28, 2008
By
This review is from: I Will Fly Again: The Restavek (Paperback)
"I will fly again" is a book for every person, at any time of their lives. It is inspirational for those who need to appreciate their lives, to give value to themselves and their own inner strengh. Most of us take life for granted and we don't move to do important things like appreciating love and friendship, help the kids in need, take care of our own world or be thankful for who we are and what we have. Lili put us in the right frame of mind to appreciate life and to care about others.
Lets roll because the world need us now !!
