Moen has once again blessed us with a great resource. Here is a cd that worship leaders will find invaluable. I'm getting a copy for each member of my praise team. Worship leaders will find an unusually high number of songs that they can use for their own praise teams. The music is solid biblically and resonates with a true spirit of worship. The music emphasizes prayer, opening with a lovely rendition of the Lord's Prayer. My two year old sings the chorus from "Sing for Joy" repeatedly. "As We Worship" tells how that worship can lead people to Christ. "Lord, We've Come to Worship" would be a great opening chorus. "Lord, You're Good" is introduced by a moving narration from Habakuk, saying that whether or not we get "things" from God, we will praise Him. The style is intimate acoustic. It's not bombastic Gospel, if that's what you're looking for. But if you want soft, prayerful music, get this cd.

Don Moen is trully blessed and gifted in worship songs. And you know what is amazing? His music tells 'us' we are all as blessed and gifted as he is, if only we would sing out to the LORD! Listening to this CD (I Will Sing) reminds me to worship and praise God even in my darkest hour.

Listen to this CD and keep the faith alive cos God is always FAITHFUL and HE will NEVER let you down!

Never having heard of Don Moen, I bought this tape at church to improve my worship life and was trapped from the first song.

The first song Our Father, spells out the Lord's Prayer and continues into acknowledgment of God's wonderful mercy and then into complete adoration of God our Saviour. I have so much time for this cassette that I would start it up on mornings while dressing for work and these songs will remain in my heart all day long. I promise you that most if not all of the songs, will touch, bless and inspire your life in a very special way.

This was a plus in my worship life and my favourites are I Will Sing, As We Worship You, and Lord We've Come To Worship. Let me say all the songs are magnetic and as you get really deep into worship and throw your whole heart into the choir with singing, you'll undoubtedly feel a moving of the Holy Spirit.

The music is wonderful too, percussion and everything. And that 'bad' guitar!!! Oh wow!!! It sends my soul soaring. I cannot thank you enough Don Moen; for sharing the beautiful work which Almighty God is doing through you. May He continue to anoint and bless you and your family. Highly recommended!!! Buy one for a good friend.

Don Moen is one of the 'stars' of the Integrity/Hosanna worship label, having done all sorts of worship albums in the past few years. This one works particularly well for me because it's a little more energetic and a little less structured than many of his other CDs. We're talking a simple live worship recording here that will appeal to middle-aged folks like me who like Neil Diamond. So there is a mix of uptempo numbers (Lift Up Your Heads, Sing For Joy) and ballads (Here We Are). For me, I Will Sing has three key songs: Our Father, As We Worship and the title song. The first really brings your emotions into the recording and allows you to join in with the choir and heartfelt praise. The second...well, I try not to play As We Worship too often because I don't ever want to lose the depth of tearful joy it brings on. It's really the highlight of the entire recording. The title track has a resilience to it, saying even when times are hard, we will still sing our praises to the Father. Play this recording. A lot. Before long you'll find yourself gladly singing to most of it.

This is a most wonderful listening worship CD. I ordered
the split-track, liked it, but just didn't get the full sound from it so I went to a Chrisian Bookstore and bought 2 stereo
versions. I kept one and gave the other to a dear Pastor who is recovering from a heart attack. I know it will minister to his heart and soul. By the end of the CD, (you must listen to it in full), one cannot help but be so filled with the Holy Spirt that you will almost shout! Great! I may give several as
Christmas gifts if I can find them.

I recently bought this CD after having first listened to it abroad; I knew immediately I had to get one when I returned to the States. Since then, I have listened to it and sang along (loudly) in my car over and over again. This CD is great because the songs are simple, thoughtful and honest (see I Will Sing). Not only do the words and music minister to the Lord, they keep my soul uplifted as well. Although I like all the songs on the CD, particularly the usual favourites (Sing for Joy, Our Father etc), given where I am spiritually at this time, I'm especially fond of Like Eagles because it allows me to speak directly to my often sad, seemingly tired and hopeless soul. It encourages me, tells me there is nothing my God can't do and reminds me that in due course, He will intervene on my behalf. I also like the theme of waiting on God (being patient when we worship Him and never relenting when asking for the desires of our heart). May God richly bless Don Moen, the singers and writers responsible for this wonderful compilation, and all those who listen!!!

As a worship leader, my criterion for evaluting a worship CD is how many songs are usable for public worship. In other words, are there songs here that would "catch on" with the congregation? There is one song on this CD, "Sing for Joy" that would definitely meet the criterion. This is a great song (although the tune of the chorus is identical to a Vineyard song from a few years ago called "Show Your Power") that is very frest and singable. There are other songs here also with that potential. Unfortunately, much of this CD has the same drawbacks that are typical of offerings from Integrity's Hosanna series over the last ten years, namely, that there are too many songs that are not "congregational". To be more specific, it makes the worship leader or soloist into a performer for much of the song, allowing the congregation to come in only on the chorus. That, to me, is not what worship is about, and, in my opinion, that is what caused the praise and worship "torch" to pass from Integrity's Hosanna to the Vineyard and other worship providers almost a decade ago. But that one song, "Sing for Joy", is worth the price of admission.

Sometimes in our lives, we are given glimpes of heaven. Thank you Don Moen for sharing yours with us. I go back there often and find myself weeping and worshiping right there with you...in His presence. You have blessed my life more than you will ever know. Love the DVD also.

Every song on this CD has very inspiring words. I listen to it over and over. It is so easy to worship with this CD.
