Lara Fabian has been around for a while. But Sony has just gotten around to filling the "Diva void" that their roster has been missing since Celine Dion took a temporary leave. Sounding very much like powerhouses Celine Dion and the lesser known Tina Arena, Miss Fabian tears through "I Will Love Again" as though her life depended on it. Sony is clearly paying top dollar to make sure that the dance community hears this new talent, hiring the biggest remixers that are out there. Morales gives a simple, understated treatment of the dance song. Hex Hector slams the song into the floor, with a gorgeous ambient arrangement that moves the vocals along like a breeze. Thunderpuss is typical Thunderpuss, very tribal, lots of funky vocal sampling and several killer builds guaranteed to raise the roof during peak hours at any club! This song deserves to make Lara Fabian a USA household name. (by the way, the euro import version contains several dubs and radio edits not found on the domestic release)

When I first saw the video for "I Will Love Again" on VH1, I thought, "Oh no!" and didn't like it at all...but then one night, I was listening to the radio and they played a remix of it, and I once again thought, "Oh no...I may like the song!" Well, I was converted. It turns out, I heard the Thunderpuss Remix.

On this single, you get the very cool original version, and three remixes from some of the top remixers.

The David Morales Club Mix is my least favorite because it's really perky and sounds a bit tired and lazy. The piano sound is kind of outdated in club mixes, at least in my opinion.

The Hex Hector Mix is fabulous at eleven-minutes! You can't help but want to dance because this mix that is so cool and even a bit trancey. Definitely the first mix of three to stand out.

The Thunderpuss Club Mix is an exceptional mix. It brings you up, and it brings you down, and you find yourself singing along at the top of your lungs going, "You can't stop me from loving again!" only wishing you could hit Lara's notes (believe me, I would know ;)

So this CD is not worth missing! Pick it up and get down to Lara!

Lara Fabian,who can sing in 4 languages (French, English, Italian, Spanish), is preparing to hit all the charts around the world. "I will love again" absolutely will become one of the most successful singles of the year 2000. The rhytmic melody and catchy lyrics are completed with an unbelievable voice. Her style can be similar to Celine Dion and Cher's "Believe", but her talent can be easily realised after listening to her 1st English album and the previous French Albums (that sold 6 millions in Europe & Canada so far). Apart from a great singer, L.Fabian is a very good song writer too. If you buy her single and the album (a must to include in your archieve) you'll witness that a new Diva is arriving!

As I stated in my review of Lara Fabian's self titled album, the remixes are amazing. Thunderpuss 2000 has done the best. He makes one wicked, long remix. This one is what I want to hear in the clubs. Of course, most of the clubs have already made this remix their summer of 2000 hit.

I must say that all 3 remixes are amazing, not to mention the original. I'm glad I bought the single. To be honest, I tried 3 times at the same dj shop to get it. On the 4th try, voila! On listening to the 4 versions, you'll appreciate the work of talented DJs. Lara's voice is made for playing with on remixes. Of course I respect her originality too, but it's not every day you hear see a single with all great versions.

I'll always listen to this single. It will help me remember a great summer of dance music. Get your copy soon.

THIS CD IS AMAZING! WE ALL KNOW TRACK 1 FROM RADIO ARIPLAY. THE FIRST TIME I HEARD THIS SONG I WAS IN NYC AND MY MOUTH DROPPPED. TRACK 2 IS GOOD BUT BORING. IT OPENDS WITH PIANO. LET'S JUST SAY IT'S NOT DAVID MORALES'S BEST. TRACK 3- WOW. THATS ALL YOU CAN SAY ABOUT IT. WORLD FAMOUS REMIXER HEX HECTOR MAKES THIS SONG AN INSTANT DACNE HIT. TRACK 4 IS AMAZING. ITS NOT SIMILAR TO ANY OF THUNDERPUSS'S REMIXES. IF YOU LOVE TO GO CLUBBING OR JUST LOVE DANCE MUSIC, YOU'LL LOVE THIS CD. IT'S IN MY CD PLAYER NONSTOP!

If you saw her Concert PBS Special...you'll agree that LARA FABIAN easily blows all the other female vocalists away easily without even putting any effort into it. This woman soars vocally and hits the mark(& beyond) with her highly artistic songwriting skills! Buy any/all her cds in any language she sings(& like Linda Ronstadt) she's all passion and sheer vocal power that mesmerizes any listener beyond description! Definitely NOT a Celine Dion "clone" in waiting...LARA is superior and maintains her own distinct niche/sound/artistic musical integrety, plus an intriguing personality of her very own. She could easily break glass with the intensity/passion/power of her multi-textured voice. This woman more than sings...she actually "acts" out her songs both throughout her recordings & on stage in an astounding and highly remarkable multi-dimensional sound. LARA is the ultimate superior combination of all the finest female vocalists that came before her, from Billie Holiday thru all the opera divas/the most acclaimed pop-rock-soul vocalists that have ever existed and will surely reign as the most accomplished and alluring female singer for many, many years to come.The woman is simply the AMAZING BEST.

This a great song, and there something even better, the remixes. Here are the track descriptions:

Track 1: "I Will Love Again (Album Version)" (3:47) This is a great song with a nice beat. The lyrics are really great too!

Track 2: "I Will Love Again (David Morales Club Mix)" (8:00) This mix has a nice house beat to it, but it's kinda too slow.

Track 3: "I Will Love Again (Hex Hector Main Mix)" (11:00) This starts out a bit slow, but then it gets faster. It also has some cool vocal edits!

Track 4: "I Will Love Again (Thunderpuss Club Mix)" (10:34) This mix gets right to business, it's danceable from beginning to end. But I got to say, Thunderpuss went over board with some of the vocal edit!

Lara Fabian's "I Will Love Again" is almost a Cher sound-alike, but is lively, club-style, dance music, that blends the distinctive use of piano and other acoutical instruments to a crescendo that really is pleasant to listen and jam to. It starts off kind of slow, but builds passionately and ebbs and flows throughout the song, with a beat that one can steadily groove to on the dance floor without losing energy. A very good addition to one's dance collection for 2009, even though it's been around prior.

I wasn't prepared for this.. WOW. I Love Lara, to begin with, and feel that she has one of the most exquisite voices of the century and can she do all genres ? YES and while I understand how some people criticize taking one version and building music around it.., hey it works and it is so upbeat and energizing..
( all three of them) that I work out listening to them. and I love every second. Now that's saying something as I do NOT like to excercise. I couldn't wait for everyone to leave the house so I could blast it as I am right now. BUY THIS if you love this song if you like to dance

In my opinion,this is one of the best songs to come out this year and Lara Fabian is fantastic. However it isn't doing as good on the charts as I hoped. I believe it stalled at 32 on the Billboard Hot 100 then started falling. Even though 32 is a respectable number in top 40 music,this song has the making of a number 1 hit,prooving that chart activity doesn't necessarily mean anything. Just look at some of the horrible songs that have claimed spots in the top ten lately. Anyways,with beautiful vocals,a dancable beat,and infectious melody,I Will Love Again is great. Any fans of such artists as Celine Dion,Mariah Carey,or Whitney Houston will love it!
