These particular treats are getting harder and harder to purchase. Our boxer loves them and she gets one per day to keep her teeth clean. The vet always remarks at how wonderful and strong her teeth look. We think it is because of these treats.

These treats are becoming harder to find in the stores, and Amazon's price can't be beat. My dog loves them, and I see a difference in her teeth. I think they clean much better than the Greenies and are just as long-lasting. I love the little toothbrush shape, although this makes no difference to my dog.

these treats are great. my dog loves them and they really do help keep her teeth clean! also, they don't disappear in 10 seconds, they actually take some time for her to chew up!

I have a beagle and she will not allow me to brush her teeth. I give her one of these every other day and she loves them. They really do get those teeth way in the back.

I have been giving one medium tartar treat to my almost 7 year old Springer for years. His teeth are to die for. White as the falling snow without one sign of tartar build up. The price probably equals out in the long run because you never have to have their teeth cleaned. Great product and excellent price compared with buying 6 packs retail. Five stars. Stephen Courts

My dog loves Iams Tarter Treats. He gets one or two every day and it helps control tarter buildup on his teeth. He never has trouble digesting these treats, no vomiting, and he is always pleased when he gets them. I have had trouble finding them in retail stores, so finding them available and at such a great price on Amazon has been amazing.

These are great! My dog loves them better than any other treat, AND I am convinced that his breath is better and his teeth are cleaner.

My lab mix is getting older. I've been concerned about his teeth but didn't want to traumatize him (he has issues <grin>) by having his teeth cleaned professionally. Recently he's been traumatized by the fact that he saw me WHACK! the coffee table with a fly swatter and he won't even spend time with me in the living room anymore, at all! That's where he used to spend all his time.

So no matter what treat I've given him recently, he still has acted weird. I was so glad to find that he loves these and starts wagging his tail when he sees them!

I'm ordering more of these. I think I'll get the ones for small dogs next time. He isn't small, but I think he has trouble eating large bones and treats.

Edited to say that I decided not to get the small ones. They are more expensive than just taking a knife and cutting the larger ones in half. That's working well for me now. My dog doesn't realize he's getting a smaller one. He just thinks he's getting twice as many treats. He has several kinds of treats. Recently he has been very politely taking them in his mouth and carefully placing them on the floor. He used to THROW them with his mouth and make a PFFFFFT sound to let me know that wasn't what he wanted. I like the polite version much better, of course. These never, ever get rejected.

my two pugs always get excellent comments from the Vet about how good their teeth look. Its because of the Tartar Treats that I give them as after meal snacks. They love them and I like the fact that it takes them 10 or 15 minutes to chew them up. They can't crunch them up and gobble them down in seconds like they can with other treats.

IAMS tartar treats are one of only two treats I trust for my wonderful dog and they are quite expensive, even when on sale. (The other treat is Trader Joe's soft peanut butter treats, in case you are interested!). Amazon has the best price of anywhere I have seen for tartar treats (put out by P&G). I have ordered them several times and received them quickly; they have never been out of stock.

This is an excellent price for these! They came promptly and I saved a lot of money compared to pet stores.
