the handles on this thing are HUGE. i can barely use it because i can't get a full range of motion with the foot long handles in the way. i dont like how the band adjusts sizes, either, it just creates more stuff in the way when i'm trying to do a motion. boo!

I ordered three of these (Level 1, 2, and 3). All three had one of the two handles that didn't turn/swivel easy. One out of the three had the rubber color band on the handle missing. Got them at discount and the production errors most likely explain why they were on sale. They are fine for the price I paid, but for a "Name" brand product you would normally expect more.

cord length can be adjusted depending on persons height... well constructed and well thought of..when i started adjusting it became clumsy and interfering with my exercise.I would not recommend even for 2 to 3 bucks...

I thought it was a jump-rope. It is a useless product. Too complicated. It'll cost more to ship back. I just threw it away.

Good quality
These are well made. They will last me for a very long time. I also like the instructions they have...the examples of various exercises that I can try.
