Last summer I was fishing with my buddies. I did not realize I was draining my boat battery by running the drink fridge and stereo off of the main battery. When it was time to head back to shore, the motor would not turn over. The charge from the battery was to weak. Since purchasing and using the BATTERYSAVER SE6, I have never had a problem with a weak or dead battery in my boat. Also when the fishing season is over and I have to store my boat, I no longer have to take out the battery. I simply leave the BATTERYSAVER SE6 hooked up to the battery and it keeps it charged throughout the off season, so that when fishing season starts up again, my battery is fully charged and already in place on the boat. Great product.

this is a high quality product with a lot of connection options. I am replacing a 4.5 Watt unit and this unit is much higher quality and has a much better conncetion options to the battery. I am very pleased with this unit.

I looked at a lot of solar panels to keep the 12v gel battery charged on my sailboat. The ICP SE6 is well made & has been excellent. It's not strong enough to over-charge a gel cell, but keeps it topped up nicely. I fix it to a cockpit seat with a bungee cord, and stow it when sailing. It comes with multiple wires: a 10' extension cord, battery ring connectors, alligator clips, bare wire connector, male & female cigarette lighter plugs, & connector for another panel. All have O-ring seals and the panel has been weatherproof so far. It works on cloudy days and does not discharge the battery at night. Amazon has the best price.

The SE6 has done a terrific job of "topping-up" my trolling motor marine battery. I have even used it while doing recreational boating and then the battery is ready for use when I want to fish. Directions were easy to follow and the unit was easily installed on a portable fixture so I can remove it whenever I want.

Sorry to be the naysayer for this product, but the neat 'sunray' switch with the blue LED that indicates charging froze solid after four months. I have had several ICP solar panels and the LEDs always seem to give up early - it's very annoying.

Apart from that, it's the best quality product that I've EVER seen that's Made in China...

Although I have not used it yet, the quality of this solar battery saver appears very good.

how does your match price plus 10% discount work...
i bought 400watt inverter and 800 watt 12v portable power supply as well, but i may purchase more in future...
