the item is a bit light weight so handle with care as it seems if used too roughly it would break.
otherwise it serves it's intended purpose. there are several different attachments to make it fit more securely on a mobile device. I have the iphone 4 and ipad 2. and the attachments work well on them. I have used the device without the attachments as well and it functions just fine. I have the Paymentech/Verifone merchant account and it is compatible with this device.
