I wanted this to change the position of my wireless mouse dongle that sticks out of my laptop. This little thing allows you to bend the mouse dongle up out of the way to avoid breaking it and position it for best mouse reception.

Good gadget! Very good gadget; it swivels in all three dimensions and the USB cord is no longer sticking out the side of this machine by 2" or more. Notebooks take note.

Now I'm looking for the same for RJ45 / Ethernet plugs. They stick out too.

This is a great low-profile adapter that can twist in almost any direction. I use it on my laptop to keep the usb cable from sticking out and bending too much. While waiting for this product to arrive in the mail, I bought another right-angle USB adapter from a major electronics retailer local store. This one from Amazon.com/Cyberguys is much better. I've been using it for a week now with no problems, and I take my laptop to/from work in a laptop bag on a daily basis.
