You can purchase this direct from IKEA for $1.99 versus the $9.99 you are going to pay by purchasing it here. Great little item that I picked up at the checkstand when I was at IKEA. I use it at least a couple times a week when I want frothy milk on my cuppa joe.

I love this little inexpensive frother,,,they last for so long...and they are pretty hardy for what we put them thru.

Use ours 2-3 times a day.

Ok here's the deal, leave the doctors, nurses and operating room staff exactly where they should be in the O.R. They are the ones with the degrees of higher learning, training and the brain surgeries should be kept exactly there.

This is the opposite. There are no instructions included, but keep it simple:

1) Install AA batteries and close the cover ( not included )

2) Pour milk into a container ( I used 2% )

3) Press the on button to on position

4) let the milk aerate ( froth )

It only takes about 30 seconds and you should move the head of the mixer from the bottom up.

I add my coffee to it, but if you like syrup add that before the coffee ( about a shot glass full ). ( I have a sweet tooth, but don't need to add sugar after the syrup)

Very cheap in price, but not in design and so worth it.

I will not be going to a coffee shop in the near future

My latte cost me about $.50 compared to about $4.50 for the same coffee.

This is a great product. My roommate had this when she moved in. I had the Aerolatte already. The IKEA one seems to have more power (for less price), but both work well.

This is one of the most used appliances in my home.The thing I use it for the most is mixing hot chocolate or chocolate milk because it's always hard to get the clumps out when you add powered chocolate to milk. With this baby, in about 15 seconds, no clumps, and you get the cool foam on top!

I'm also getting one for my 8-year-old niece who doesn't like to drink milk - she will though if it's chocolate milk that she's mixed with this! (Simple enough for a kid to use after you show them how to not make a mess)

As an aside, I also use it to make a "self serving" of fresh whipped cream. Just pour a little whipped cream into a cup and use this guy - it takes a while, but it works okay (just be careful of splatter) though it's not as fluffy as using a blender.

I was worried when I pulled my milk-frother out of the box. It seems like a cheap piece of junk until you use it. It works incredibly well with 2% cow milk and also soy milk (I used PACIFIC brand). It did NOT work with rice milk, but considering it's texture, that's no big surprise. The frother works so well and so quickly that I've had to throw out milk that swiftly became all froth and no milk and start over! I have made my own mochas and chai teas and I have to say: I LOVE this thing! I've been using it for a few weeks (with rechargeable batteries) and will update this when it dies to give you all a good idea of how long it should last.

It is saving me money since I now enjoy making coffee at home. I can't believe I lived without it for so long.

Upon opening the package it was very light weight and we thought it probably wouldn't last too long. After putting in the batteries..it was extremely powerful and works like a charm to froth any type of milk or creamer. Great product, better price!!!

I actually bought a few of these from Ikea when it was only 99 cents. Then the price doubled after 2 months.

No need to say, this frother is really cheap. I guess you get what you pay for. I actually bought a few because the first one broke down after 2 weeks, so I bought a second one. The second one broke after 1 month, so I bought a third. By the fifth one, I decided this is a waste of my time and month and decided to get a higher quality frother.

I do not recommend this product.

Easy to use. Easy to clean. Does as advertised. WONDERFUL PRODUCT. Would have paid 10.00 or more for same product. I brought mine at Ikea for $2.00.

We use this multiple times every morning. This is one of the most satisfying purchases we have made in while. It was inexpensive yet highly useful. We have a single cup coffee maker so we froth the cream first then continue to froth it while the coffee fills the cup. I highly recommend this product.
