GALERIE Smooth Pearl Paper features the very latest HDR (High Dynamic Range) optically clear nonporous coating for outstanding imaging performance combined with the benefit of ‘touch dry’ from the printer. The high density heavyweight base has a natural photographic white tint to produce prints with excellent color gamut and high sharpness. The pearl surface eliminates glare and finger prints giving the true look and feel of a photographic print. It is compatible with all high quality dye and pigment based inkjet printers.

I've spent a good portion of my life in photography and related fields. i appreciate Ilford Galerie paper for delivering a high quality print from an inkjet printer comparable to color prints made by traditional methods and with relative ease and moderate expense.

A photographer for over 20 years, I have seen the full transition from darkroom to computer room, and the right paper has ALWAYS been crucial to a quality finished product. In my opinion, this paper, particularly in the smooth pearl finish, is a near perfect replication of the RC paper format of old. If you are new to digital imaging and printing, I promise you will be thrilled with the results you get on this paper.

I love this paper. It give such a professional look that many people don't even know it came from my ink jet printer. Often times, it looks better than a professionally printed photo from a lab. Ilford delivers great inkjet products!
