A rare read.,

Published in the 70's, Richard Bach is a writer ahead of his time. I read this in my late teens when it first came out and it is timeless. I couldn't put it down - a very enjoyable read, funny, awe inspiring and very thought provoking.

I first read Illusions in 1977 and it helped change my life. It is a great read and a fun adventure that both raises questions and provides possible answers. I read a number of Richard Bach's other books after reading Illusions and was positively challenged by all of them. However, Illusions is my favorite. I had the opportunity to attend one of his talks and found him as fascinating in person as he is in his books. Richard Bach and especially Illusions opened my mind to possibilities that reality is beyond what I can imagine.I strongly recommend this book. I don't keep very many books, but I have two copies of Illusions. One to loan and to reread. |
