I had been using version 5 of TurboCAD Designer by IMSI, which I bought for about $30. It did three dimensional drawing well enough for my needs. I purchased TurboCAD version 14 because the price was low enough and I figured that it would have more features than version 5. I was shocked to find that version 14 of TurboCAD Designer does not have any 3D capability. WARNING: this software is entirely 2D, no 3D at all.
