I purchased the IMTUG 3 to use as a supplement to the Captains of Crush (COC) trainer. The company's recommendation is to use the IMTUG after a COC workout - I concur. The COC is great for low rep exercise while the IMTUG is perfect for training every finger - usually two at a time - with higher reps. The company's description of the level is fairly accurate.
