I got mine on ebay at exceptional price but I gotta be honest no way in hell will I ever pay this "Inada" chair at reg. sale price.
Do NOT buy into the hype, you **MUST** try it first before you buy any expensive chairs.
OK as for the review on this i.2A chair, it's great for the first few days but....(I have had it for almost 6 months) you get bad bruises below your knees due to the
squeezing intensity of the knee-to-ankle section. I've called the customer service asking if there is anything I can do to lessen the ankle/calf squeezed; and they've
stated other then selecting the "low" intensity squeeze, you can do nothing else but lowering the squeezing device down to your ankles.
Are you freakin kidding me? for this expensive chair, it's very disappointed for the so-called "world best massage chair"!!?
I've test this chair at relax your back instore but didn't think to bring my mom in because it's a present for her. Oh-Boy was that a expensive mistake!?!?
As for my 65 yrs old mom, she is afraid to put her legs in the lower device part.
Furthermore, she placed few blankets between her back to inada i.2a chair to weaken the intensity of this chair.
Bottom line...it's a good chair that back up what they say.
It's Healthcare Programs with 3 unique Well-being massage sessions is great with its built-in control panel.
But for older adults please reconsider more options in adjust the intensity of the massage.
**Warning: It may be very painful for some people***
