I bought this case so that I could go running with my iPod and it works very well. It fits snugly on my waist and doesn't bother me at all during my run. The extra pockets are nice for keys and ID. Since it is just a pocket for the iPod, it fits all iPod sizes (though it would probably be too big for the mini iPod ... but I haven't tried it).
