If you're a frequent traveller like me, you know you need adaptors in foreign countries to plug things in and charge cell phones, computers etc. So many places have inferior sockets, especially anything less than brand new 4 or 5 star hotels. I've used low quality generic adaptors many times and finally got fed up with the plugs falling out of the sockets, especially when weighted down with other cables or power supplies. Not only is it annoying but it's also really bad for electronics, having the power go on and off intermittently. Finally a really well made adaptor that stays put! The plugs are made to a very high standard and the fit into a socket is a lot tighter than others. A recent trip to Europe (I used 3 different ones) proved this. In direct comparison to a generic adaptor the solidity of the connection was vastly superior. The extra outlet on the top also proved very handy without having to use an extra distribution adaptor. Why would you plug in a $1000 laptop with a 99 cent adaptor and risk hard drive damage?

As an audiophile, I also know that better connections make better sound. Anyone who uses high quality aftermarket cables knows this. Power supply connections are no different. Trust me, if you care about what you're plugging in, this is the only adaptor to get. Also, any outlets that can be grounded, are. A lot of adaptors have no ground connection, if there's something there it's usually a plastic pin. In any case I bought the whole set and am very happy with them. For a few extra bucks, they are worth every penny. Buy these, you won't be sorry!

Very nice! The color is purple and definitely stands out and is easy to locate.

The two plugs allows me to charge my laptop and any other electronics when i go to Korea.
Price is good for what it does. Make sure that you check that the ac cord for whatever device that you use changes the voltage...for example, the power block on my laptop charger supported 110V to 240V. As the packaging in it said, the AC adapter only changes the SHAPE of the plug, not the voltage.

I have NEVER written a product review, but this little device proved a BIG difference on my trip to Greece. It worked, it was solid and, since it offers TWO plug-in ports, it did the job of two adapters. I had purchased another one which proved to be much bulkier. I learned that most Greek hotels don't have as many AC plugs as American hotels, this is particularly true for some of the smaller island places to stay. Since this did the work of two adapters, it saved me. It's wonderful, sturdy and worth the investment.

We used this adapter on a recent trip to Israel. It worked just fine and because of its unique color, it didn't get left behind in the hotel outlets.

This adapter is a "must have" for anyone traveling out of the country.
It is solidly made. I like the convenience of its standard 2 prong plug-in as well as its 3 prong plug-in for grounded plugs. Appliances plug in snugly and do not fall out of the adapter. It is purple so you won't miss it when you check out of your room.

At first you say, why purple? But then when you are looking for it in your luggage or remember to grab it before you leave your hotel because of the color, you realize that it's brilliant. And it works well and doesn't come unplugged like others. Did I mention it got here in 2 days? Great product, great seller too.

The size and weight of the travel adapter was perfect for travel. It worked well in the Middle East and I never had a problem making it adapt to any outlet. The company was quick to ship.
