WORST LAPTOP EVER BOUGHT, November 29, 2011

I believed that Sony made a reliable and amazing laptops as I had couple of fancy laptop/desktop sony. I bought two laptops in the March and one in May 2011 from Fry's. First laptop crashed in July 2011, after making several attempts and giving credit card hold of $250, to fix a product that was poor in quality. Lost all the data and some original features when we bought the computer. Our second laptop crashed in Sept 2011, the customer service calls are handled in Philippines, no disrespect to any Philippines but I cant understand what they are saying without having to repeat the sentence several times.
Again they put a hold of $250 on my credit card and fedexed me a hard drive which I had to replace wasting my time.
Our third laptop crashed third week of October, I refuse to give my credit card number as I dont trust these people any more.
They sent out a technician (after 2 weeks), he informed me its memory card that needs to be replaced. He said someone will call the next day and make an appointment to come and replace the card, waited for seven days before I called back sony customer service. After explaining the situation which took nearly 45 minutes, they told me it will take 2-3 business days. Guess what 9 days passed in between and no phone call. I called and escalated this to their so called escalation department. Customer service told me it will take 2 business days, tomorrow will be third day and I still haven't received a call from a technician.
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A LAPTOP, PLEASE NEVER BUY A SONY LAPTOP. THEIR LAPTOPS CRASH AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL MAKE YOU GO CRAZY. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME TRY GIVING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE A CALL.
