This review is from: INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE 2000-LOOSELEAF VERSION (International Building Code (Looseleaf)) (Ring-bound)
The ad for the 2000 IBC specifically stated this version was loose-leaf and included binder. What we rec'd was a soft cover, bound book. There was no explanation as to why the bound was sent and not the looseleaf. Our immediate need for the book precluded submitting a complaint and waiting for a replacement.
