Nice Machine,

Have had a Senseo for the past 4 years which has performed admirably. Lately it started making loud, wierd noises and I figured it was time for a replacement. After looking around a bit I came across the "My Invento" machine. So far I like it. It is quieter than the Senseo ever was, has a bigger water tank which can be filled either by removing it, or leaving it on the machine and it allows the user to select the strength of the brew (This also affects the amount of coffee delivered - Stronger setting = less coffee, weaker setting = more coffee). Of course this thing cost twice what you would pay for the Senseo machine and I cannot honestly say it is twice as good, or worth twice as much. That being said, it does a good job and is a whole lot better looking than the Senseo machine. If it lasts 4 years I will consider it an excellent buy. Oh, one other thing, if you are trying to figure out the difference between the HK10W and the HK10M models, good luck. I tried a number of web searches and could not see a difference in the two models. I originally thought the W was for a white and the M fior a metal colored machine. That does not seem to be the case as I ordered a W and it is a stainless steel color. Also, at the time I ordered, Amazon was offering the W model for $20.00 less than the M model. If there is a difference, I couldn't find what it is, other than price.

Senseo or MyInvento?,

I had a Senseo Coffee Maker for years, but it finally gave up. It was a workhorse. So when I went to get a new pod machine, I looked at the My Invento, read the reviews and decided to give it a shot. TOTAL DISSAPOINTMENT. It is louder and slower than the Senseo. It drips on your counter every time you pull out the drawer to load pods (pulls out past drip pan by design). On occasion is leaks out the bottom. And, it is kind of a cheapy looking plastic machine (more so than I had even expected). Also, can't beat the large, optional water tank on the Senseo. (This thing's only good for 4 mugs - standard coffee cup)
I was going to write this review for anybody thinking about trying something new, and now that it has TOTALLY DIED in less than 60 days, I am. Now just waiting for my new Senseo to show up. If you liked your Senseo, stick with it. Also, the newer ones are a tad more quiet.

Waste of Money, Will break!!!,

Recieved June 1, 2011. Broke after six days. Company replaced without problem. Sept 2, 2011 the replacement broke. Company said "Sorry, it's been more than 30 days. No address, no phone number, nothing. I took perfect care of both machines and used bottled water. This machine is great.... when it works. Terrible customer service. I would never buy from them again.
