Does the job; significant learning curve,

I purchased Reference Manager because a client uses it rather than ISI's sister program EndNote, which I have used for years. Reference Manager is a powerful referencing tool that gets the job done and has some features that EndNote lacks. However, overall, I prefer EndNote, in part because I am more familiar with it, and in part because I prefer its interface and more intuitive ease of use. That said, anyone who needs referencing software would do well to check out the demos for both products and decide for him- or herself.
