4.0 out of 5 stars All students should learn to use this, March 25, 2006

As a PhD-level contract research scientist, I use Reference Manager almost daily and am purchasing it for my undergrad son to use for his thesis at the U of Chicago. Once you get the "hang" of it, it saves countless hours in going back, trying to remember which reference you meant to cite--and you get your reference list instantly.

Reference Manager was very easy to use and I was able to start right after spending a small amount of time with the tutorial in the book.

4.0 out of 5 stars I hate it, but it's better than EndNote, November 10, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: ISI Researchsoft Reference Manager 11 - Student Edition (CD-ROM)
Not at all intuitive, but once you get rolling its OK. Not having a book included, or a good reference file really made for a pain to figure out the nuances, and I'm sure I underutilized, but in the end it did what I wanted. I remember Endnote being a bigger PAIN, and therefore RefMan11 wins for me.
