As a PhD-level contract research scientist, I use Reference Manager almost daily and am purchasing it for my undergrad son to use for his thesis at the U of Chicago. Once you get the "hang" of it, it saves countless hours in going back, trying to remember which reference you meant to cite--and you get your reference list instantly.

Reference Manager was very easy to use and I was able to start right after spending a small amount of time with the tutorial in the book.

While I am appreciating the power of this program to access and keep track of references, and its ease of use in citations, it is NOT user friendly for saving to disc, then accessing stored reference files.
