This book is a "must have" for the Quality Assurance professional who (1)is struggling with unrealistic upper management deadlines for implementing ISO9001:2000 (2) is challenged by their company management's belief that ISO9001:2000 registration of their Quality Management system only involves the Quality Department generating a lot of documents and that it is solely owned by the QA department (3)is in need of a shoulder to lean on, which is what the shared personal experiences in this book provides!
