I am the author of this text. This book is presently outdated. The updated version of this book is available on the iso9000checklist.com web site. As the author of this book, I made multiple requests to Amazon.com and to the publisher, McGraw Hill, to remove this outdated book from sale. Both Amazon.com and McGraw Hill have not honored this request.
