Must have guide
A must have guilde for Quality Consultants and Quality Managers to upgrade the certification to comply with the revisions. It also helps pople to undertand abou th ISO standards and the need for the revision.

Not for Beginners
While the book does deliever on what the title suggests - a guide to the 2000 version requirements, it is definitely not for a reader who is new to ISO and the ISO standards. It almost felt like I started the book after skipping the first several chapters.
