Kent A. Keeney serves as a member of the United States Technical Advisory Group (TAG) to ISO/TC176. He received his BA from Ball State University. Keeney is a member of ASQ. He is a Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Quality Auditor.

For me, the way the book is presented, with the strikethroughs and greyout hilighing, is very distracting. I would prefer to see a "clean" copy that is easier to follow instead of trying to skip to the next non strike through area.
