Better than most,

This review is from: ISPR Investigates: Ghosts of England [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This was not your run of the mill documentary that you might find on any cable network at Halloween. I found it to be filled with interesting facts and information on what it is like to be "psychic", to talk to ghosts, and to "feel" spirits. I'm glad they stayed away from silly reinactments and dealt with the subject matter seriously. At times funny, touching, creepy. Really good.

ISPR Investigates Ghosts of England,

This was a great documentary. I can see why it won awards. The accents were a little difficult, but made it interesting to watch a few times. All the ghost investigations were cool, but the last one - was a tear jerker. My girlfriend cried. It would be amazing to see them work in person. I've been a fan of the ISPR for years.

The stuff you see in this tape (they have two)is even better than their Belgrade Hall tape - also very cool! Again, great camera work and real-life scenes (NO-ONE can act this well) gave me the chills... When they finally talked to the property owners, my heart was racing. I'm showing this tape to all my friends - I got this tape for my birthday, but Halloween seems to be an even better time to see it for the first time!

The subject matter is very interesting and the team appears to be genuine, but this video is in no way scary. Overall, it is just a group of people standing around talking. They should have taken more time to show us the EMF and temp meters, or tried to film the ghosts or record sounds. It left me wishing they had done more to bring the viewer in. Not scary.
