I love this bar. I have tried many different types of bars, and this by far my favorite one. This the snack size version of the full size bar. The full size bar is 27 grams of protein. This "grab" bar is half that size. It is intended to be a snack. On my weight loss program we are allowed to have a full size bar as a meal replacement, or a 1/2 of the large bar as a snack. This snack size "grab" bar helps me with portion control, and satisfies my craving for chocolate. It tastes exactly the same as the large size bar. Very tasty!

I have ordered and re-ordered these several times. I was looking for a low calorie, high protein bar that wasn't overloaded with sugar or fat. Sure this has some palm oil in it, but it tastes amazing. I have recommended it to many people, and when they try it, they immediately go online or to their local supplement store to get a box. The almond fudge brownie is the best flavor if I were to only have one, but I like all four flavors in the 45g size.

This is the best tasting energy bar, isn't sawdusty like many other bar. Loads of protein, the chocolate & carmel (with peanuts) is my favorite.

All of the protein bars that I had tried prior to the Oh Yeah bars seemed to have the same pasty, glue like and heavy taste/texture to them. (yuck)
A person in the local vitamin store recommended to try the Oh Yeah bar. I tried both the Chocolate Caramel and the Chocolate Peanut Butter bar and WOW!. These things taste great. I really like the different textures that the bars provide(ie; crunchy real peanuts(not crushed nuts), chocolate outside, some crispness and some chewyness) It's similar to a Baby Ruth bar. It's the kind of bar that you actually look forward to eating. An excellent meal replacement that fills me up and also satisfies my taste buds. Plus the calorie content was lower than several of the other protein bars. This was the even greater bonus!
I also bought several of their protein Wafer snacks, but haven't tried them yet.

Don't buy from this supplier. The bars I got looked and tasted like they sat in the heat for ages until they were eventually sold. I love these bars and have eaten them elsewhere, so I was disappointed by the quality of the ones I bought.

Ok, I have finally found what I've been looking for years. I don't eat protein bars much (usually eat real food and take whey protein shakes). However, when I travel, I can't carry a blender and I'd rather not start losing muscle. I've tried so many brands, I can't even name them all. From Pure Protein bars, to Detour bars, to Big 100 bars, to even Optimum Nutrition whey crisp bars. I gotta be honest though, out of the ones above the ON crisp bars are like bricks. I love their other products but I will inform you that their bars are like solid steel. I gotta microwave them for like 20 seconds to soften them so I can just bite them. My friend saw they were also hard as a rock on a vacation last year. I tried selling an entire box but I eventually caved in and ate them slowly.

Finally I try these bars are they are what I've always wanted: protein bar in soft enough bar form that is soft like a candy bar and has a candy bar taste. I've had some bars that had a disgusting after taste. These are great. I don't think they can get much better and keep the solid profile of ingredients. My only regret is that I thought I was getting a box of 12 85g version and not the smaller 45 g version. Oh well.

Bottom line: Almond Fudge Brownie = Party in your Mouth!

These nutrition bars are exceptional. I had one of these at my health club and I really enjoyed the taste. I was then determined to locate them online. Thankfully I found them quickly through Amazon. My whole experience with the purchase and the delivery were tremendously successful. I intend to purchase a couple boxes every couple of months.

These "Oh Yeah!" bars are delicious. They taste like candy bars, and although some might point out they are little better than candy, they are still better.

They have a point though. This is not a nutrition bar in the sense that it's fortified with a wide variety of vitamins and minerals, like so many others out there. Vitamins A, B, C, D, E, K, zinc, manganese, calcium . . . the list goes on. This product doesn't attempt to do all that and load you up with nutrition. To their credit, the company that makes this product doesn't sell it as a meal replacement or a complete nutrition bar. They limit their focus on adding one important element of nutrition: protein. That's probably why it tastes so good.

It is of course always better to eat naturally and not consume a lot of processed, packaged foods such as this, but for those times when you're too busy for a meal, yet need something to satiate hunger pangs, when many people would turn to a Snickers bar or a Twinkie, this is a far better alternative. The calorie count is rather high (around 300-310), but it should hold most average sized adults for 2-3 hours before getting hungry again. I weigh 220, so it's only 2 hours for me. But that's about the right amount of time for until I'm ready for a proper meal. I also sometimes eat one of these first thing in the morning to have with coffee, and it's a nice treat that's not quite as loaded with sugar as a candy bar.

So when you factor in what these snack bars are--and what they are not--it's a very good product, mostly because of the added protein and terrific taste.

I loved these small but filling treats. They fit into my diet and contain good protrein and low carbs.

I love these bars! They rock. Who would have thought eating a protein bar would be so enjoyable. They were delivered very quickly also.
