Used the ITIL V3 Pocket Guide as primary source for successfully preparing for V3 qualification exam. Information contained in this guide was useful, compact, and well organized; however, would not recommend using it as the only source for exam preparatin. For example, this book combined with sample V3 exams should quarantee success.

This is an excellent little handbook; great for review or as a quick search reminder. Handbook contains all the info in the individual books - just a smaller condensed version.

It's a useful guide to understanding ITIL for non-IT types. The pocket size is nice for traveling. The downside is that some diagrams/tables have a really small font.
