Excellent Resource for me, November 16, 2009
I used the material to review for my ITIL Foundations Certification, and found it to be very useful. To me it was a good mixture of electronic and hardcopy material. I could read the book while waiting to pick up my kids when I didn't have access to a computer or get the presentations delivered when I had connectivity. Also having the practice examinations were a good introduction into the format and types of questions on the actual exam. Other than encountering a small setup problem when I first attempted to get access to the electronic companion data (which was quickly resolved by a couple of e-mails) this was a very positive experience. I reccommend this to others who are preparing for the examination - Randy Savage

ITIL V3 Self study Guide Book and Online Course., October 19, 2009
This was an excellent way to study. The book presented the material in an easy to read format with good supporting diagram. The online course was also I nce way to to review the material when you don't feel like reading.

Got what i expected, October 19, 2009
I ordered the ITIL V3 Foundation Complete Certification Kit - 2009 Edition: Study Guide Book and Online Course. I am happy with the study guide and expect that along with the online course will properly prepare me for the certification exam. I have not yet viewed the online course, so I cannot comment on it yet.
I received the package from Amazon on the day it was promised to me.

ITIL V3 Foundations Complete Certification Kit, October 18, 2009
I am about half way thru my kit and really appreciate this mode of study. The presentations are easy to follow and backup what's covered in the study guide. The website is user friendly and the online quizes are a good means of gauging my progress. Many post that they are able to pass their exam on the first try. I have every confidence I'll follow suite. If you are looking for self paced learning for ITIL V3- try this title.

Excellent book for studying for the ITIL V3 Foundation exam, October 18, 2009
I bought this book recently, and the amount of detail is amazing! The book condenses the information in the 5 different books very concisely, and helps you to get to grips with the exam material without getting lost in too much detail.
I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who's studying for the exam. The website also provides a great set of tutorials, which helps to understand the material better. All in all, a great course to study from!!

ITIL Foundation Study Guide Multi-Media, October 17, 2009
In the past, I have found study guides tedious. However, this kit offers two mediums(book and online presentation)that kept me interested to the end. It would have been more effective if the contents of the study guide and presentation followed the same order; I spent too much time hunting through the written guide to attempt to keep up with the online presentation.

Excellent Value for Money, October 15, 2009
Having just completed the certification exam, I found the combination of book and on line instruction was a great way to study and learn all the essential concepts required. Having the flexibility to read the book and the on line courseware at my own pace and in my own time, rather than consecutive classroom training, worked well for me, and enabled sufficitnt time to explore and consolidate knowledge each key area in my workplace environment. The book contents were straight forward to follow and provided clear concise information specifically related to the topics required for certification. The included exam tips and sample exam paper provided a good guide for the actual exam. I have seen manuals from work colleagues for classroom based 3 day courses, and the material included in this publication is just as comprehensive, at a significantly lower cost. As a low cost, comprehensive introduction to ITIL V3, I would recommend it to anyone

Passed the Exam with this book alone!, October 15, 2009
This book and the associated online material is well worth the price of admission.
The material is well presented and easy to understand.
I went through the book and then the online material - twice.
Took the exam and passed with an 87%.

ITIL V3, October 15, 2009
I purchased this book based upon the other reviews. Unfortunately, it does not match up with an internal course offered by my company. Nearly all of the concepts are there, but there are a lot of details that are either missing or not in depth enough. Otherwise, a decent sysnopsis.
