3.0 out of 5 stars Too pricey for a 100 page book
John may have put lot of time and effort in getting this book published. No matter what unless this is a patented design information, I cannot agree with the price of this book. I am seriously considering returning this book.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Summary, April 2, 2009

John has done a very nice job capturing the concepts of ITIL V3 into a single volume. I am a visual learner, so I find the diagrams and pictures the most useful thing in any publication and he has captured the V3 diagrams here in one volume. It is usually the first thing I look for because I want to understand the concepts and pictures take me there the quickest. John also has done an outstanding job and very detailed work on IBM's "ITUP". ITUP has detailed processes and workflows for all the service management processes as well as mappings between models like ITIL, ISO IEC 20000, COBIT, etc. John also has done work with the TMF related to eTOM. I find all of his work to be very detailed, very useful and very practical.
