Durable, and needs to be.,

This book does not seem to get old for my 2.5 year old. Sometimes she does not want to go read on the couch with me but if I propose the "Babies" it is a sure thing, and from there we go on to other books. We pull those babies all out then stuff them back in. Sometimes the babies are left peeking out and sometimes they go in headfirst. Sometimes the human baby goes in the pig pen for variety. Good stuff.

There are little cut out babies on ribbon. This book has been with us from when my son could only watch the babies being tucked into bed to being able to do it himself. Nice cuddle time book.

My daughter loves this book and we started reading it at 6 months and she is currently 10 months. She loves putting the "babies" in their beds and actually figured out how to do it herself early on. She also likes to chew on the babies before they go to bed :) though not made for chewing. She has pulled some of the babies off of their ribbons but loves it just the same. It is a fun part of our bedtime routine.

I may not be a fair judge, as my baby is only 3 months, but we enjoy reading this book together both at nap time and bed time. I love the soothing cadence of the rhyme, and he enjoys looking at the sweet pictures. I look forward to the time when he can put all the animals to bed himself!

My 17-month old loves this book. It's interactive and allows her to put the baby animals to bed with their matching mama. Short and simple bedtime story. I bought 4 as gifts for friend's children. My only complaint is the ribbons that hold each baby animal get tangled up easily.

This is one of the first books my son responded to and he still likes it at 2 1/2. It is a sweet and simple story and incredibly sturdy - the little pockets you tuck the babies into are all still intact inspite of many tearing attempts. This is now one of my standard new baby gifts.

My 14 month-old daughter absolutely loves this book. We read this book and put the baby animals to bed every night as part of her nighttime routine and it's been great fun. We do it two or three times a night! I can't recommend it enough.

We found this book just by chance, but my baby (15 months old) was caughted by it from the very first moment.
We read it 2 or 3 times every night, and she loves to put all the baby animals to sleep with their moms. She waves them nighty night and turn the page. Every night I take this book and another one to bed, but she just want to finish the other book and read this one. I would recommend this book to anybody trying to find a perfect bedtime book.

My 2 year old loves this book. She puts all the animals in their beds and says "night night" and waves at them. It also keeps her entertained for quite a while. The strings get all tangled up but at least you don't lose the animal babies. I highly recommend this book.
