I bought this book, and one for my daughter. The author is my primary medical provider. He wouldn't sell me one of his stock, so I went to Amazon to buy one and plan to take it to him for his autograph. LOL The book gives a lot of excellent information for those of us who suffer with IBS. Reading was interupted by Christmas and New Year.
