It seems like liquid softgels work faster than tablets. I was not familiar with Kirkland but this is a good product.

Although this item works very well for relieving pain, it also promoted several nose-bleeds and LGIB in my stools after only 6 days' use. I took 1 softgel twice/day x 6 days before any symptoms appeared. After having used generic ibuprofen tablets for many years without incident, I made the mistaken assumption that using an improved version (liqui-gels) of the same OTC...

Boy, was I ever wrong! I will never use the Kirkland brand of ibuprofen softgels ever again!!
