There is nothing outstanding in this book that makes it better than any other ice cream cookbook I own. It is very much same ole', same ole'. I still turn to my old Mabel Hoffman ice cream book for a representation of the best of the "regular" flavors. And I love my Ben and Jerry's cookbook for innovation, creativity and fun recipes. Recipes in the Ben and Jerry's book come together very quickly too, which is especially helpful to me in the summertime.
