I'm very happy with the temperature regulating abilities of this shirt. I always have trouble with being very cold in the beginning of my run to WAY too hot at the end. With this shirt is really helps with those temperature swings. It keeps me much warmer in the beginning, but helps me dissipate heat in towards the end. Highly recommended.

This is an awesome running top! Perfect for wearing alone in cooler temperatures (40-50 degrees). It is gorgeous, very high quality, and I love the thumb loops to keep the sleeves down and my hands covered. This is an environmentally-friendly company and each shirt has a "Baa Code" where you can enter a code to see where the sheep who made your garment were from. How cool is that? If Icebreaker shirts didn't cost so much, I would definitely buy more.
