I thought the book would go into details of the various wineries which it did not. It describes how ice wine is made, which I could have read on line, and not much more details. If you want a list of ice wine producers it indicates who they are by country, but some or no longer producing ice wine or are in operation. The authors must be Canadian since the most information is on their wineries and some world famous ice wine producers in other countries get very little notice or credit.

A book for those with curiosity about ice wine but not for more advanced wine people.
