Feeding the Orisa,
By Dedicated (Plant Earth) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Idana fun orisa: Cooking for selected heads (Paperback)
Feeding the Orisa can be a complex, but rewarding experience. We often think that just getting it done is enough or that once we have the information from the Odu Ifa that we are ready to go. Sacrifice and feeding the Orisa solidifies everything. Even positive readings typically require some form of feeding for the Orisa or Egun. Mason provides us (as usual) with all the information we need to acurately and effectively utilize the Orisa to improve our lives. In this case he gives indepth information about using Orisa feedings as a part of our spiritual arsenal. Just be sure to read carefully. Not all feedings should be done by everyone. Some elements are just for Ol'Orisa and Awo Ifa. Modupe (thank you) Baba Mason!

I had this book in the past, disappear from my collection, so I replaced it. Love the information it provides on the food for the Orisa. If you practice the Yoruba culture it is a must have book...
