Metabolift helped me lost 45 pounds. Sure I was dieting and exercising as well but Metabolift helps increase your metobolic rate, thus churning that food faster in your stomach. It is loaded with stuff that gives you extra energy, thus encouraging me to work harder at my exercise. But the best un-sought-for side-effect is that it GREATLY decreases your appetite. I LOVE food, but when I take metabolift right before a meal, I'm hardly hungry by the time my next meal comes around. Somehow, when on metabolift, I forget about food for the day. It makes it MUCH easier to diet.

Used this product for a while and couldn't see much of a difference. If the claims sound too good to be true, they probably are.

I had high hopes for this product that it would take the place of energy drinks and the quick energy "shots"..however it has not proved to do so. Since several people told me this really fired them up I took a chance and ordered a bottle, but since I have now almost finished the bottle there is no decernible difference in my energy levels or weight condition. On the plus side, there have been no side effects either, so I guess I shouldn't complain. It has proved to be a general waste of time and money..apparently it does work for some people, but it is a little expensive to have to buy a big bottle to find out.
