Fabulous, works great, I and my cats love it. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of something I don't think any cat door can help, so it's probably not fair. When it's cold or windy outside, the cat door swings a little and I lose a lot of heat to the outside. I think my electricity costs have gone up as a result in the winter time, so I had to get into a pattern of taking it out of the window when it's very cold (I live in Maryland). Other than that, it looks good and does a great job. Easy to install (and remove and install and remove...).

This cat door is easy to install, no tools needed, and you don't have to read any instructions.
Training the cat to use it depends on the cat, but for my cat it only took a few tries then he got it.

The door works very well, but keep in mind that if your cat is a hunter and likes to leave you presents on your doorstep, or even if he hunts and eats his prey outside, chances are very high that after installing this door you are going to have all kind of interesting animals left dead or partially eaten inside your livingroom, or worse.

All the doors in our home have glass so we could not use a regular cat door. This was a great solution. Installation was quick and easy. It took our cat about 2 weeks to get used to it. She kept trying to push the right or left window but now goes in and out very quickly and is an expert. The only change I would request is that it come in different colors. It only comes in white and our windows are a dark brown which causes it to really stand out. We will need to paint it so it is more inconspicuous.
