i really enjoy this book. it presents information about and photos of many types of flooring. i believe it is quite comprehensive and the rooms in the photos are very attractive--many of them of rooms with contemporary decor. since it seems that many magazines and books include only traditional design i enjoyed this book with many contemporary rooms presented since i much prefer that style to traditional. although i am not currently in the marker for flooring, i felt the shopping guide included in the book would be very helpful if i was.
