This book offers an amazing level of information about relationships and the problems we so easily fall into that stop us from being happy in our relationships and with ourselves. I have found Chuck Spezzano's work to be an incredibly insightful mix of psychology and spirituality. This book has been very helpful and inspirational for me, and I highly recommend it!

Chuck is an awesome relationship teacher. He really "Gets It". He understands the pain and the challenge of loosing a life partner and a soul mate. I don't know how I could have gotten through my divorce with out his books!

Sorry, but I didn't accept the long-suffering attitude behind this book that advocated, for example, staying with an alcoholic who has gambling problems. Nor did I understand the whole idea behind a shadow self mirroring the negative behavior displayed by an ex-lover. The list of rhetorical questions at the beginning of the book was a total turn-off: "Did you know that every heartbreak is a form of emotional blackmail that you use to lay guilt on your partner?" I'm tossing this one.
